Steven Gutierrez is an artist, engineer and educator based out of Chardon, Ohio. Throughout his career Mr. Gutierrez has primarily focused on social and environmental issues. His latest piece, which will be featured in this year's festival, consists of an electric energy-producing bicycle titled "Global Warming on Ice”. This human powered bicycle will run an icemaker that will not only provide ice to nearby food and drink vendors at the festival but will also help reduce Ingenuity's carbon footprint. Throughout the festival, attendees will be invited to help "cool the world” as well as learn some facts about Global Warming and what they can do to help reduce their carbon footprint.
