Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, E. D. Taylor discovered her love for art early in life. As her life continued, this passion turned into a profession as she attended The University of Utah to study art and eventually went on to achieve her Masters of Fine Arts from The Rhode Island School of Design. Currently, E.D. lives in Cleveland, where she is still pursuing her passion. Featured in her first Ingenuity Festival, Ms. Taylor is creating a piece titled “               “. Influenced by a story told to her by one of her RISD professors, E.D. Taylor will be constructing, demolishing and reconstructing a stone wall to show her audience the hardships faced by the slaves that constructed the foundation of our country.
