Dr. Kamal Chemali is presenting a concert/lecture at this year's Ingenuity Festival. He will present the functions of the brain as they react to the sound of music. Music will be provided by French pianist, Prisca Benoit. This event will be both entertaining and educational. Dr. Kamal Chemali is a working neurologist at the Cleveland Clinic, but discovered his musical interest while studying at the Cleveland Institute of Music. Combining his two interests, he now studies, at the Cleveland Clinic, music therapy and music-brain research. His counterpart, Benoit, lives in Paris and is a lifetime pianist, working with the Cleveland Clinic in regards to neoro-music.
